It is important that you read the Terms of Use, as they will apply each time you visit Meetgr and use its respective services. The main conditions are as follows:

 

  • If you are under 18, you may not use Meetgr because it is an adult-only venue.

 

  • Meetgr is not responsible for the content you post on our site, as the content on this site is not monitored. However, if we receive a warning or discover that you have posted content that we deem inappropriate, we reserve the right to remove it.

 

  • If you post content that belongs to someone else and they get angry or even involve their lawyers, Meetgr is not responsible. In addition, you will be solely responsible for any content you post.

 

  • Read our community guidelines and safety tips to learn what to do and what not to do.

 

  • If you are concerned about how Meetgr uses your data, please read our privacy policy, which explains how we process your personal data and how we protect your privacy when you use Meetgr. Meetgr is a social networking site and application designed as a place to meet new people, chat and share photos, news and information. We work hard to make it a fun place and it is important to everyone to maintain a friendly and safe environment. To maintain it, you agree to accept it only for its intended purpose and in accordance with these terms and conditions, as well as the community guidelines and safety tips ("Terms"). When we refer to Meetgr, we mean www. meetgr.com and the associated application and website.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you as a user ("you") and Meetgr ("us" or "we"). Whether or not you register, these Terms will apply each time you visit Meetgr, so please read them carefully. When you access and use, register for, or receive the Meetgr Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

  1. Terms of use and content of the website and the application

Who can use Meetgr?

 Meetgr is a meeting place for adults. If you are at least 18 years of age (or whatever age is considered the age of majority in your country of residence if you are over 18), you may register for or use Meetgr, including use of any of the Services and Features.

In this regard, you confirm that you have the right, authority and capacity to agree to these Terms and warrant that your use of Meetgr will not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your country. As a user, you are solely responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.

He also warrants that he has never been convicted or prosecuted for any type of assault, battery, sexual misconduct or harassment.

What types of content can I publish or upload to Meetgr?

  3. Abuse, insult, threat, description or promotion of violence, suicide, racism, gender discrimination, hatred or bigotry;
  4. Criminal activities, terrorism, incitement of racial hatred
  5. Defamation;
  6. Business-related (including, but not limited to, product or service sales, competition, advertising, links to other sites or premium phone numbers);
  7. This may be due to unwanted mail or "spam" transport;
  8. A person, business or trademark that misleads or causes confusion to others;
  9. Including spying procedures (SPY products), advertising software, viruses, corrupted documents, worms or other designed malicious code, corrupted or restricted software, hardware, telecommunications systems, networks, servers or other forms or other types or disruption of material or data that are intended to harm anyone or obtain personal data (whether Meetgr's or other proprietary), interfere with it, unlawfully intercept it or misappropriate it;
  • Shared public copyright (including, among others, intellectual property and privacy);
  • Showing to another person and distributing information without his consent, without the latter having had the possibility to oppose such creation or distribution;
  • Photos of children, or images of minors in which you appear with them.

Use common sense when selecting content to upload, post or broadcast on Meetgr, as you are solely responsible for that content.

 

We use a combination of automated systems and a team of moderators to monitor and review accounts and messages for content that violates these terms. If you repeatedly violate our Terms, we reserve the right to block or disable your account or access to Meetgr. We also reserve the right to remove any content you upload to Meetgr if we believe it violates the Terms or applicable legal requirements.

 

Are there rules regarding personal information, such as e-mail addresses?

You may not post any contact or banking information, whether it is your own or another person's information (such as name, address or zip code, phone number, email address, URL, credit card information) on your profile page ("Profile"). If you choose to disclose any personal information to other users, whether by email or otherwise, you do so at your own risk. When providing personal data to third parties, we recommend that you take the same precautions you would otherwise take. Always follow community guidelines and safety tips.

 

Can I use other people's personal information?

You should only use other users' personal information if your purpose is consistent with the purpose of Meetgr: to meet different people. You must remember that you may not use other users' information for commercial purposes, send "spam" or unsolicited mail, harass, or make illegal threats. Meetgr reserves the right to deny access to its services and to delete user accounts for inappropriate use of other members' information.

Who can see what I post on Meetgr?

The public can access the content you post on Meetgr. If you do not want others to be able to access this content, you may choose to create a private album and grant access only to those you deem appropriate. However, if you do not want anyone to see your content, we recommend that you do not upload it to Meetgr. We reserve the right to remove or edit, restrict or block access to any content you upload or post on Meetgr without obligation or notice and without consequence to you. Meetgr has no obligation to post content that you upload to the Sites; to verify the accuracy or authenticity of any content posted on Meetgr; or to monitor how you or other users use Meetgr.

What else should be considered?

By using Meetgr and subject to the Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and upload content and enjoy Meetgr for your exclusive use. Except for this license, you have no other rights or use of the Site or the App, its content and services and, therefore, you may not modify, edit, reproduce, alter, enhance, create derivative works, reverse copy or otherwise use the Site, App or content. Violation of these terms will terminate your license and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed content.

 

  1. Content Ownership

Do I own what I post on Meetgr?

Yes (as long as you are the rightful owner of the content. Read our rules about posting content you don't own). Please note that by using, uploading, or posting content on Meetgr, you warrant that:

  1. You are the owner of such Content and agree to waive any and all moral rights (including, without limitation, the right to identify yourself as the author thereof) with respect to such Content;

 

  1. You have a license to use, upload or publish the content;
  2. You have obtained consent and permission to use, upload or publish the content.

Please note that by using, uploading or posting content on Meetgr, you grant us the right to do so and automatically grant us a general, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use such content in any manner (including, without limitation, editing, copying, modifying, adapting, translating, reformatting, creating derivative works, incorporating into other projects, advertising, distributing, or otherwise making such content available to the public in whole or in part in any format now or hereafter made available).

Meetgr may grant and/or grant the foregoing license to our affiliates and successors without your consent.

Meetgr reserves the right to disclose your identity to third parties who claim that content posted on our Sites or Apps infringes their intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

 Who owns the rest of Meetgr's content?

Meetgr owns, controls and licenses the text, graphics, user interface, trademarks, logos, sounds and artwork displayed on our website. All are protected by trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property rights.

 

Can I use content that does not belong to me?

Members do not have the right to use Meetgr Content, except for User-submitted Content, and ensure that they do not use Content that may infringe our rights or those of a third party. This means that the User agrees not to copy, modify, adapt, distribute, publish or sell any or all Meetgr pages or the Content posted thereon (except for User-submitted Content).

 

 

  1. Paid service

What can I buy at Meetgr?

Meetgr allows you to pay for some of the services offered on the site. Meetgr's premium services allow you to find and meet more people, customize your profile, and increase your visibility so that more people can find your profile.

If you purchase a premium service, you have the right to cancel within 5 days and receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel, please contact us via our contact page. Please note that you may lose this right if you decide to download content as part of a paid service within 5 days. Also, after the above-mentioned period has elapsed, no refunds will be given for the purchase of the services.

 

You can change the automatic recharge at any time in the payment settings section of your profile. The price of these services may vary depending on various factors, such as (but not limited to) promotional offers, loyalty bonuses and other discounts.

 

Paid services are not available in sanctioned countries.

 

How do I renew my Meetgr Premium subscription?

When you purchase a premium service, you authorize Meetgr to charge you using your chosen payment method. If you wish to cancel or change your payment method, you can do so in the "Payment Settings" menu of your profile or by contacting your mobile carrier. If your payment method is mobile, please check the payment terms with your service provider, as they determine how payments are made to Meetgr and how they can be changed or cancelled. Your Meetgr Premium subscription will automatically renew until you choose to cancel it. If you have activated the automatic recharge option, your points will be automatically replenished until you choose to cancel the option.

Can I transfer my paid services to another Meetgr account?

Premium services or other services designed to enhance your experience as a Meetgr user, you agree to do so only for your personal use and not to sell (for free or for profit), buy or sell to other Meetgr users. Meetgr reserves the right not to provide you with any paid services if you attempt to use these services for other purposes or to purchase them from other users. Meetgr will provide paid services to users only upon request.

Will my credits be valid forever?

No, because we reserve the right to cancel unused credits (except for credits purchased through iTunes) after 6 months. If you delete your account, or if Meetgr deletes your account for violating these terms, you will forfeit any points you have earned. Free or promotional credits may expire at any time. Points are not redeemable for any amount unless otherwise specified in writing by Meetgr.

  1. Website Access and Application

Does Meetgr guarantee its permanent operation?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this, as we sometimes perform maintenance on the application and website, or may be affected by events or circumstances beyond our control, so Meetgr is always in a state of flux and subject to availability. We cannot guarantee the quality, accuracy, functionality, availability or performance of Meetgr, and we reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, amend, modify or change the Meetgr Terms of Service without notice and without liability to you.

 

 

What about mobile access?

Users are solely responsible for having everything they need to access Meetgr (including ISP and mobile ISP fees and all access-related issues). Meetgr is not responsible if the website or its services do not function properly when using mobile or similar services now or in the future.

 

By visiting Meetgr and choosing to allow you to receive messages or notifications using your phone and/or other mobile device, you agree that your mobile or Internet service provider may charge you for doing so. In no event will Meetgr be liable for any such charges.

 

I am not registered and cannot access certain content or services on the website or in the application. Why?

Unregistered users will only have access to public content on Meetgr. They will also not have a profile and may be limited in their ability to post content. Registered users' access to certain Meetgr content will be subject to a number of requirements that must be met by their profile. We may change or update these requirements at our sole discretion from time to time without notice.

 Termination of service by your decision

What do I do if I want to "unsubscribe" from Meetgr?

If you are registered with Meetgr, you can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing the "Delete Account" section in the "Settings" menu. We keep your data if you later decide to restore your account. Many users choose to deactivate their accounts for temporary reasons, so they are happy that their data will still be available when they return. Therefore, accounts and profiles can be fully restored within 28 days of deactivation. If you choose to close your account, we reserve the right to remove any content you have added or posted on Meetgr. Please see our privacy policy for more information. Content you add to Meetgr, other than content in your profile (such as comments or emails), may continue to appear on Meetgr after you log out.

 

  1. Abuse and Complaints

How do I report a person who does not respect the terms?

You can report abuse or file a complaint about any Meetgr content using the form on this page: Contact page. You can also report a user directly from their profile by clicking the "Block or Report" link, selecting the subject of the complaint, and adding comments about the incident as you see fit.

 

We will always do our best to resolve any problems you may encounter when using our services. However, if your complaint is not resolved, you can use the contact resolution platform.

 

Background check on other users?

No. It is understood that in the normal course of MEETGR's operations, the MEETGR Group does not conduct criminal background checks on its users, nor does it regularly check the background of its users or attempt to verify the claims of its users. MEETGR MAKES NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE CONDUCT OF USERS OR THEIR COMPATIBILITY WITH CURRENT OR FUTURE USERS. MEETGR reserves the right to conduct criminal background checks or other investigations (such as sex offender registry searches) and to use publicly available records for any purpose at any time.

 

We do not control anything our users say or do. Although we have written and implemented our Terms of Use and have taken steps to try to prevent inappropriate behavior in the Meetgr community, we have no obligation to protect you from any harm caused by other users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Meetgr users.

 

You also agree to hold Meetgr and its officers harmless, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, rights and conduct of any kind, including personal injury, death and property damage, arising directly or indirectly from your interaction with other users.

Do you have any instructions on how to handle my personal data?

All information is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. We encourage you to read this privacy policy before registering with Meetgr. By using Meetgr, you agree that your information will be used as described in this policy and you warrant to us that all information is true, correct and truthful.

Are the links on the page or application related to Meetgr?

Meetgr may contain links to other websites, resources or commercial offers provided by third parties. Meetgr provides these links for informational purposes only. When you click on these links, you will be directed to third-party websites that may have their own terms of use and privacy policies that may differ from these Terms. Meetgr does not endorse links or other content on third party websites or web pages.

 

Please note that we do not control the content of third party websites or pages and therefore cannot be held responsible for them.

 

 

  1. Exclusion of Warranty and Liability

I forgot Meetgr's rules and someone threatened to sue me, can your lawyers help me?

No, if your actions offend other users, you are solely responsible for the consequences. We disclaim any liability, in whole or in part, for the conduct of you or other Meetgr users and the content posted by you or any other member on our site.

 

I have a friend who is a lawyer and he said that Meetgr cannot exclude its responsibility for everything....

 

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:

  1. death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence;
  2. Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  3. Any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

 

Under the maximum Law, Meetgr expressly excludes:

 

  1. all conditions, representations, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity; and
  2. any liability incurred by you arising out of your use of Meetgr, its services or these Terms, including, without limitation, claims, charges, demands, damages, liabilities, losses or expenses of any nature whatsoever and howsoever direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (however arising, including negligence), loss of use, loss of data, loss caused by a computer or electronic virus, loss of revenue or profits, loss of or damage to property, waste of management or office time, breach of contract or claims of third parties or other losses of any kind or character, even if Meetgr has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses, arising out of or in connection with the use of Meetgr. This limitation of liability applies to, but is not limited to, the transmission of any disabling device or virus that may infect your equipment, mechanical or electrical failures, equipment or communication lines or any other interrelated problems (such as if you do not have access to your internet service provider), unauthorized access, theft, bodily injury (other than that caused by our proven negligence), property damage, operator error, strikes, or any other labor problems or force majeure circumstances that are related to Meetgr, including, without limitation, any liability for loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of contracts or business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, loss of information, misuse of management or labor hours and any other losses or damages of any nature whatsoever which may arise out of and be caused by tort (including, but not limited to, negligence), breach of contract or the like, even if directly foreseeable or breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable, whether arising directly or indirectly.

Meetgr's total liability to users for any losses arising out of or in connection with these Terms whether in contract, tort (including negligence and breach of statutory duty) or otherwise shall in no event exceed $20.

 

How reliable is Meetgr and the information it contains?

Meetgr has taken steps to ensure the distribution, availability and accuracy of the information on the Site and provides such information "as is" and subject to the availability of the service. Meetgr makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to any information on the Site. How you use Meetgr and its content is entirely up to you. Meetgr is not responsible for loss of information caused by data transmission, use or misdirected content submitted by users. You are responsible for taking precautions to ensure that material you obtain from Meetgr is free of viruses or other harmful components. You agree that Meetgr Services may be interrupted or contain errors, that defects may not be corrected, or that Meetgr or its servers may not be free of viruses, bugs, spyware, Trojan horses or similar malware. Meetgr is not responsible for any damage to your computer hardware or software or other technology, including, without limitation, damage caused by security breaches or viruses, bugs, forgery, fraud, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays in transmission or operation, lines, networks, or any other technical errors. In the unlikely event that an error is found on Meetgr, Meetgr will use reasonable efforts to remove or correct the error as quickly as possible and without inconvenience to the user.

 

  1. Compensation

I forgot the community code of conduct and someone threatened to sue Meetgr. What will happen?

If someone sues us for your activities on Meetgr, we reserve the right to maintain or settle the case at our discretion. If we ask you to do so, you will cooperate fully with us in the defense of the related claim. You agree to indemnify our officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and licensors against all third party claims, damages (present and future), suits, actions, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use and activities on Meetgr, the posting of content you upload to Meetgr, or your activities that do not comply with the Terms or other laws ("Requirements"). Meetgr reserves the right to arbitrate, settle or compromise any or all claims or legal proceedings against us without your prior consent.

What happens to the standard clauses at the end of contracts?

These Terms and all disputes or claims arising out of or relating to them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be construed in accordance with and governed by Ecuadorian law. In the event of any conflict between this version of Meetgr's Terms of Use and its original English version, the original English version shall prevail. We reserve the right to modify, amend or change these Terms ("Modifications") at any time. When that happens, we will post the changes on this page along with the effective date at the bottom of the Terms. In some cases, we may send you an email to inform you of the changes. We encourage you to periodically visit this page to stay informed of possible changes. If you do not agree to the changes to the Terms, you should stop using Meetgr immediately. If you use Meetgr after the changes, we assume that you agree to them and comply with them. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any of these Terms to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, because any provision is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it will be removed and deleted from these Terms, even if the remainder remains in effect. and are still binding and enforceable.

 

These Terms set forth the agreement between you and Meetgr with respect to your use of this website and supersede any prior agreements (whether written or oral) between us. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability for false or misleading statements.

 

Our failure or delay in exercising any right, power or privilege contained in these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of such right or consent to any modification of the Terms, nor shall it be deemed to be the sole or partial exercise of any right, power or privilege of either party, to the exclusion of any other exercise of rights, powers or privileges.

 

Nothing in these Terms gives or is intended to give any third party any benefit or right to enforce these Terms and the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 does not apply to these Terms.

In addition to these additional Terms of Use, your use of the Live Services is subject to the Meetgr Terms and Conditions of Use (including, without limitation, as part of the Services described in these Terms), the Meetgr Policies, the Meetgr Privacy Policy, Meetgr Community Guidelines, and the Ecuador Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change, amend or modify the Additional Terms of Use at any time.

You understand and agree that the Live Streaming Services will be provided by Meetgr. Meetgr and JB Digital Creations will not be liable to you in any way. any theory of liability or any amount, and all liability will be governed by the Terms of Use and the Ecuador Privacy Policy.
